407 Lacrosse Training, LLC was founded by Mikey Berkman and Justin Spencer to transform lacrosse in Florida. Mikey, a Florida native, drove six hours each weekend to train with Syracuse legend Casey Powell, who helped him secure a spot at Syracuse University. Justin, from Boston, excelled at Rollins College. Together, they created a platform to provide Florida’s lacrosse players with elite coaching and mentorship, regardless of location.
